It's Christmas Eve...

And everyone is home. We are not so patiently waiting for the satellite repair guy to show up. We haven't had TV at our house for over a week. With Winter Break, it is a must! Seth shared at school that the TV not working was the worst thing that ever happened to him. (I must say lucky him that life is easy!)

We are also busy making our traditional food (egg casserole, carmel rolls & pretzels with M&M faces) to take to MIL's for Christmas breakfast.

I asked Scott what he was most looking forward to at Christmas...time with his family playing games and having fun. This is the one time a year that we put the kids to bed and enjoy ourselves!

My answer was knowing the kids both understand a little more about Christmas this year. I am also looking forward to Christmas Eve services at church. Even though the kids are not singing this year, it is always a special time for me. That probably stems from the Midnight services I always attended growing up. It is magical how united we all can be during this time of year.

Merry Christmas!
